Backups don't include call waiting state

The backup class in the Core module only backs up the AMPUSER tree in the Asterisk database. FreePBX also stores persistent information in the CW tree about whether an extension has call waiting enabled. Either this tree should be included as part of the backup, or (a better solution IMO) all settings should be saved in MySQL and the Asterisk DB should only be used for run-time stuff.
