Configure outbound_auth for endpoints

We're migrating to chan_pjsip and have come across problems sending NOTIFY messages to Cisco endpoints. On further reading it seems the Cisco devices require authentication with the SIP password before proceeding. To replicate the behaviour of chan_sip, there should be an outbound_auth entry put in place for the endpoint configuration that references the same auth object as for inbound.
