RFE proposal: Clone a new queue config from and existing queue config

I have several queues to create that are essentially the same configuration with just membership and minor differences. I would like to propose that we add a way to clone an existing queue configuration when creating another queue configuration. Apparently it is possible to do similar when configuring trunks and outbound routes.

Same proposal applies for Ring Groups as well.
