Account on Google not receive email. According to Google Logs
550-5.7.1 [209.85.220.41] This message is not RFC 5322 compliant, the issue is: 550-5.7.1 duplicate headers. To reduce the amount of spam sent to Gmail, this 550-5.7.1 message has been blocked. No error if email is sent by backup module, or trunk notification

Dial prefix
Appending a dial prefix, no calls are started , no records in cdr or events on cli (Prefix to be appended to every number before dialed - useful to force calles out a specific Outbound Route). if you enter the numbers to call with the prefix already prefixed, as an alternative solution you can overcome the problem

Call Group URI Source 
Specify a URI to import the Call Group from.

Currently supports FTP and HTTP in CSV format :  Group do not support ftps, i don't know if, it's a limit or bug.

Also DNS address doesn't work correctly, ok Ip address
