Wake up call doesn't work

Version : 16.0.4

When a wakeup call is set and when the call is launched, we've got :

Side call file. It appears there is some empty options

data:

The good setting is:

application: AGI
data: wakeconfirm.php

Once these options added, that works.

Another one issue is side: Wakeup call settings.
