When a Microsoft Active Directory is in use the syncronize parameter does not work.
If a user in the Microsoft Active Directory is changed, no information is updated.
To synchronize the changes you need to edit the directory setting and then press the submit button.
from the console if I launch the command:
[root@uc-XXXXX515 ~]# fwconsole userman --syncall
Directory 'PBX Internal Directory' does not support syncing
Directory 'Property Management' does not support syncing
Not syncing directory for another 324 seconds

The only way to update from the console is to use the command:
[root@uc-XXXX515 ~]# fwconsole userman --syncall --force
