Minor There is a set of feature codes available while you are in the process of a (*2) attended transfer. See https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Feature+Code+Call+Transfers#FeatureCodeCallTransfers-Featurecodesforattendedtransfercontrol
It would be useful to have these codes settable in the Feature Codes page in FreePBX. I think they should only be shown if Attended Transfer is enabled and shown indented under Attended Transfer to indicate that they are "sub" feature codes.
