TFTP Server Shows Enable in Gui but Disabled

      Description

      This was a new install, if you go to System Admin -> Provisioning Protocols the TFTP server will show enabled. In fact it's disabled which is evident in /etc/xinetd.d/tftp disabled is set to yes.

      If you disable it and then re-enabled it in system admin it will enable it and change disabled in tftp config file to no.

      Since TFTP is disabled now by default, that should be reflected in system admin as it's misleading that it's showing enabled.
