New FreePBX Install from previous version 15.
Have multiple offices and ONE VoIP - all offices on dedicated VPN to server location. VoIP is working and can make and receive all phone calls.
Issus I am having is I cannot get all our phones to register on the VoIP. I have a mix of Polycom 600 and SNOM 320 phones that were all registered on previous system.
I have tried numerous times to register the phones but I get "Failed to Authenticate in the Asterisk CLI - and – on the SNOM's I get Unable to authenticate error 401 SIP Log.
Our FreePBX is using ports 5060 UDP and 5061 TCP - We are not using the Built in Firewall and ALL our IP's are Whitelisted in the Intrusion Detection section.
Our ISP ( Bandwidth.com) states that we are using correct settings etc and we are functional with the phones that DID register.
Most of the phones DO show up in PJSIP SHOW Endpoints but without IP addresses and at least one phone does NOT show up as endpoint - ALL phones can be PINGed from VoIP.
I do not know what else you would need to help troubleshoot but I can post whatever is needed. I have been trying to get these phones registered for at least 2 weeks now - all with smae results.. Failed to Authenticate – I tripple checked the settings and I am using our OWN passwords on the extensions which worked before and worked on phones that DID register.
I am asking for any help in troubleshooting this - I do not know where else I can look.
Thank you
