Parent_User_ID blanked out on changes to extension

In the iSymphony module, if you uncheck "sync with User Manager" and then use the settings in the extension to enable a user for isymphony usage.  It works, but if you need to EDIT that user, say change their name, and then submit and apply.  The user account will become disconnected from the extension within iSymphony.  This was also reported in FREEPBX-23494.

If you "sync with User Manager" - you also have to go into user manager, to the iSymphony tab and move the setting from inherit to Yes, as inherit equals "NO" no matter what the setting is at the extension level.
