Broadcast Campaign not working

I have a client having an issue with broadcast Campaigns. They run a live show theatre and sometimes have to cancel shows, and they wish to use this feature to notify clients of show cancelations. The system has had several issues where the system is not recognizing calls that people pick up or machines pick up. There are also times where there is a long delay, the system is not leaving/ playing recorded message. The system is also not reporting correctly/consistently. Their last email

I am reaching out to check in about the phone campaign situation. We had to cancel a few shows last week, and were wanting to send out the phone campaign but could not for a few reasons.

1. When will we have an update on a fix with the reporting? This is key in these campaigns working. 
2.  Also, they do not currently leave messages for people that do not pick up as of the last time we tested it. 
3. Inputting contacts is definitely too complicated for us at this point. I am hoping to work together in simplifying this. I would like the report that we input to look like this - 
   1. The other thing is I would love it if I could have 2 numbers per name. It is too time consuming to have to manually copy and paste the names with the second number in a new row. Does this make sense? I am able to compromise and work on some of these things, but as it stands right now, it takes way too much time to get the report in the correct format for your system. Let me know how we can proceed.
