Mark Answered Elsewhere always sent (even if disabled)

      Description

      Present behavior: Mark Answered Elsewhere is set to "No" in a Ring Group. If that ring group rings, and an extension picks up the call, a SIP hangup cause message is sent with answered elsewhere as reason.

       

      Expected behavior: If Mark Answered Elsewhere set to "No" in a Ring Group, never send mark answered elsewhere SIP message to other extensions, irrespective of whether the call is answered elsewhere or not.
