Hi

When using "Asterisk-CLI" module to run core restart commands i.e.,

1. core restart gracefully
2. core restart now
3. core restart when convenient

We are getting the error as below. The issue present with v14, v15 and v16 as well.

fclose() expects parameter 1 to be resource, bool given File:/var/www/html/admin/libraries/php-asmanager.php:495 

We should provide proper response to the user instead of giving this error message.
