Process:
1. Go Admin > Module Admin > System Updates
2. Click Check Online
3. Show error "Undefined variable: pkglist"
4. Refresh page (F5) shows error:
Exception thrown with message "Failed to process the yum command. Please follow below steps to resolve the error - 1) SSH to PBX Linux terminal as root user 2) rm -rf /dev/shm/yumwrapper/* 3) Now again try to check/update the system packages from the UI. Exit code 1 - See FreePBX log for more info."

5. In SSH run:
# rm -rf /dev/shm/yumwrapper/*
6. Pressing F5 key reloads the page correctly.
7. System Updates: No updates currently required! (this is not true since if there are pending updates)
8. In SSH run:
# yum update
