Add a new Superfecta Module to get caller id from an arbitrary GET URL

Currently there exists an existing module Send_to_URL which allows users to send the phone number and caller id name to an external system for processing.

There also exists the Regular_Expressions_1 which lets you send the phone number to a specific URL and parse the output back with regular expressions. However, there are cases where it would be simpler to simply take the output exactly as provided (with no regular expression).

I propose a new module Get_From_URL which will allow the user to provide a URL to send the phone number to which will always return a plain text string containing the caller id name
