Exception Coding Error - don't understand 'noload - chan_skinny.so' from /etc/asterisk/modules.conf

I was trying to add the chan_sccp module so that I could use Chan_SCCP GUI Manager for FreePBX. When I go to add an unload to chan_skinny.so and a manual load of chan_sccp.so I received an error message. I was unable to use the FreePBX GUI to add these include/exclude from Asterisk to noload/load. Below is the output from the error:
