Vision impairment button labels in UCP

It was brought to my attention by a user who runs a company with the legally blind that the UCP doesn't have any labeled buttons.
They have software that will read out what is being hovered over, but all the UCP buttons return "unlabeled button" when hovered over.
They'd like to continue using the software as it fits their other needs, but not having the buttons labeled is a major hurdle for them. I was curious if an improvement like this would be possible to implement.
