When logging in or out of a queue the same voice file plays regardless of which status you are changing from
- it says "Queue Login"
- even when logging off.
- I suppose this may have been intentional as the title of the dialed code.
It is confusing to users
- they sometimes think the system is broken and it didnt log them in. Though I know persistence does go to play "agent logged off" when the agent finally enters their extension.
