CDR and CEL call playback broke in Firefox, works in Google Chrome

      Description

      Call playback from CDR and CEL does not work with Firefox, but works in google chrome without issue.

      This affects asterisk 16.8 as well as 18.9 and FreePBX 15.0.17.63 as well as 16.0.10.43

      This used to work in Firefox, I am assuming firefox changed something.

      Right now both asterisk/freepbx systems I can playback the recording in google chrome, but firefox does not work.
