Calendar Event Groups doesn't honor time only checks for date

Dear Support,

I'm trying to integrate the google calendar with the freepbx for time condition.
With one calendar i have created two calendar groups ( holiday, non working hours ) but as you can see in the screenshots it match the date and not the time since it's out of time ( 12:45 / 1.12.21 ) and goes to match destination

Please have a look on the attachments and let me know if u need more logs.
