Module error with Extension Routes

Extension Routes module is disabled and giving me this error:

System Admin module version 16.0.57 or higher is required, you have 16.0.5.76

I got this error after I upgraded to 16.  It looks like it may be reading the versions wrong due to a missing number.  I think it is confused because it is looking for 3 sets of numbers and the version I have is showing 4 sets of numbers.   (#.#.# vs #.#.#.#)
