Upgrading PhoneApps from 15.0.19.67 to 15.0.19.80 breaks login button

      Description

      Upgraded to 15.0.19.80 of PhoneApps.

      With hotdesking, users log out of the phone and are unable to log back in.

      They receive an error about unable to load xml file.

      Rolled PhoneApps back to 15.0.19.67 to fix the issue.
