Phone Apps restapps upgrade fail. Error Msg: Unable to locate the FreePBX BMO Class 'Getdpmastatus'

Module upgrade today resulted in the PHONE APPS module not upgrading and disabled state. 

Commands:
fwconsole ma upgradeall
fwconsole ma install restapps
fwconsole ma downloadinstall restapps

fail and give the following error message:
Unable to locate the FreePBX BMO Class 'Getdpmastatus'A required module might be disabled or uninstalled. Recommended steps (run from the CLI): 1) fwconsole ma install getdpmastatus 2) fwconsole ma enable getdpmastatus

Commands:
fwconsole ma install getdpmastatus
fwconsole ma downloadinstall getdpmastatus

fail and give the following error message:
The following error(s) occured:

• Retrieved Module XML Was Empty
