Bulk Handler - Contacts import error

      Description

      When I use the bulk handler to import contacts into a private directory, I receive the following error:

      in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, boolean given
      File:/var/www/html/admin/modules/contactmanager/Contactmanager.class.php:3651

      I know it isn't the format of the csv because I get the same error if I export and then try re-importing the exact same file.

      Also, it works properly if I use an older version of contact manager (15.0.8.36)

      Affected versions:
      Contact Manager: 15.0.8.38
      Bulk Handler: 13.0.24
