No sound is transmitted when call comes from external and forwarded to external

We have currently the problem that calls using follow me do not submit audio when using follow me and coming from external.
So ext -> PBX (FMFM) -> ext does not have audio. Calls from internal which are forwarded to an external number work perfectly fine.

This problem does not occur when either using "Force Answer" on the Inbound Route or "Confirm Calls" on the Follow Me.
We use pjsip for all extensions and the trunk.

When i have logs for how calls look like with "Force Answer" or "Confirm Calls" enabled in comparison to them being disabled, I will add them here.
