ip address is being blocked even when it is on whitelist and trusted

      Description

      firewall keeps blocking IP address based on sip failed authentication even when it is included in trusted and custom white list.

      it should not be blocked, someone is trying to find the machines with wrong credentials but IP address should've not being blocked right?

      I enclosed two screenshots showing wrong credentials and firewall configuration.
