UCP widgets not available despite the preferences set in the user group

      Description

      After the latest updates, the UCP module does not take into account the preferences set per group or per user. E.g. Users who previously had the voicemail in their UCP dashboard or the telephone in their sidebar, now no longer have them nor can add them again. But these options are both active at both the group level and the user level. These users belong to AD Directory.
