CID Superfect/SugarCRM is showing DB charset errors. CRM tables charsets are:
accounts - utf8_general_ci
users - utf8_general_ci
contacts - utf8_general_ci
leads - utf8_general_ci
database default charset - utf8mb4_general_ci
superfecta version is 15.0.2.31
Error we get is: "Connection failed: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2054] Server sent charset unknown to the client. Please, report to the developers
