      Conditions :

      • if a contact has at least one duplicate in another group
      • using CID lookup with Contact Manager with one group as the source that has a duplicated contact in another group

      • The CID lookup may or may not work depending on what group / contact was created first.

      On closer inspection, the agi uses Contactmanager.class.php "getNamebyNumber". It may returns nothing when there is in fact a match for the CID.
