Queue Call Confirm Breaks Blind/Attended Transfers

      Description

      When using custom extensions, an agent transferring a queue call via *2 or ## does not work. The call transfers, but the transfer to party will receive the call confirm prompt. No matter how quickly the transfer to party answers and presses the prompt, they always receive, " the call is no longer available" message. The original caller is disconnected. There was a similar issue with ringgroups (similar experience) that I wonder if there is a connection?
