Freepbx 14.0 - UCP Recordings playback stops with error

      Related to https://issues.freepbx.org/browse/FREEPBX-21483 and https://issues.freepbx.org/browse/FREEPBX-22444

      this issue has been fixed in 15.0 release, but seems like 14.0 we still have issue.

      Need to backport the fix to 14.0
