      Description

      After the issue in FREEPBX-22543 is resolved, Fail2Ban will sit in front of RFW.  That will mean that the majority of attackers will be restricted by Fail2Ban, and not xt_recent.  Users with Inactive SysAdmin modules, or with Intrusion Detection disabled, need to be able to see and unblock IP addresses that have been caught by Fail2Ban without terminal console access.
