certman "Nothing to do, no changes made" when trying to update a Let's Encrypt certificate

      Description

      Actual freepbx version: 15.0.17.34

      certman version: 15.0.42

      When attempting to update the certificate I get "Nothing to do, no changes made"  after clicking update certificate.  Previously it would just run the update.  After changing the email address it ran the update properly.  I did not try to find the command and run it via the command line.
