UCP : Can't choose which extension to originate call from

      Description

      When originating call from within UCP (i.e. clicking a contact number) , the drop-down menu doesn't allow to select any extension number to originate call from, except the own user one.

      No matter which User Manager/ UCP settings are selected.

      Being a selection menu, multiple extensions would be expected to appear.
