UCP refreshing and interrupting voicemail playback and other issues

      Description

      In UCP, playback of voicemail messages keeps getting interrupted with page refreshes.  Messages will start playing for a second or so and then stop.  Also, if you check check boxes to delete voicemails, within 2 seconds, the page will refresh and the checkbox selection goes away.  Watching the network traffic in browser inspect, I see that this coincides with ajax.php call.
