Migration of Digium D70 phones to new EPM module fails

FreePBX 14, hosted with Sangoma’s FreePBX Hosting.

Just upgraded a FreePBX server’s EPM module version 16.0.68.20. Followed directions to migrate current Digium phones, but unsuccessful. Received error below and now all Digium phones are disconnected. Any solution?
