Integration with iSymphony broken

With iSymphony integration Sync With User Management turned off the box that used to be available that associated an extension to a user "User Extensions - specifies which extensions will be bound to the $cxpanelBrandName user created for this extension. "Self" refers to this extension" is now missing. So each time an extension is edited it removes the association in iSymphony.
