Hello,
Our Call Recording Reports Module is showing all calls, however they are listed as "Actively Recording" and are not playable. (Please see attached image) We have performed all system updates that were pending, and have re-installed the module, however the issue continues. These recordings are playable through the normal CDR Records on the PBX. Could we please have some assistance clearing this issue?
