Calendar Module - Recurring Events Not Parsing Correctly

We are on PBXact version 14.0.13.40.

I've seen other tickets about this but no resolution. Recurring events in Google calendar set to recur every 3rd week, are instead showing in Calendar module as recurring every week.

We have a Google Calendar for IT On-Call. Each person has an event set to recur every 3 weeks for their on-call shift. We want to use this to turn on their Follow-Me for that shift. 

In Calendar module it shows all of us having on-call every week. This is a major issue, it makes the Calendar module useless.  

Please fix!
