Module update check online fails behind proxy

      Description

      Web traffic must travel though a proxy.  We have set the proxy url and use wget for module admin in advanced settings.  Going to Module admin -> Check online still results in:

      Warning: Cannot connect to online repository(s) (https://mirror.freepbx.org). Online modules are not available.
