FMFM does not ring all pjsip contacts

This likely affects all versions of FreePBX that use PJSIP. I do not see any changes to FMFM related to this.

Create an extension with max contacts > 1.

Register multiple devices to the extension.

Setup up FMFM to ring strategy ringallv2

Set up any other number in the follow me list. I test with an external number 3145551212#

Turn on FMFM

Dial the extension. All the AOR will ring for the initial ring time.

As soon as it hits the Follow-Me List, any AOR after the first stops ringing.

The list itself is correctly dialed.
