I'm wanted to make us of the email notification for outbound routes.

Currently it only send an email notification when the call is successful. However I would want it to send a notification as soon as the dial pattern is matched.
Reason for this is that I have a outbound route called blacklist. There is no trunk specified so calls will always fail. However I would like to receive a notification when number is dialed that is in the blacklist.
Can you make a option "when call is successful" / "when dial pattern is matched" ?
I think this would also be good to have available for the "emergency" outbound rules. Not only for a blacklist.
