Urgent Help Needed:
Inbound calls are received but not routed properly to available agents. Simultaneously IVR announcements cannot be heard and wallboard not reflecting correct call status. Issue can only be fixed by restarting fwconsole. Right now we have about 63 Queue created and about 100 agents.
From full logs, found a lot of autodestruct alert:
