Superfecta inbound routes settings not working correctly

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create two inbound routes with the same DID. Leave CID for Route 1 blank, and populate the CID of Route 2 with an arbitrary value
2. Enable Superfecta for Route 1 and select a scheme
3. Enable Superfecta for Route 2, select a different scheme and submit
4. Edit Route 2 again and note that superfecta is still enabled, but now shows the wrong scheme, it will now show as the scheme set for route 1. If you submit the route now, the superfecta scheme setting will be lost.

When setting superfecta params for inbound routes, it seems to work if you have EITHER a CID or DID set, but if both are set then it will conflict.
