UCP include SIP creds, change SIP password

It would be very advantageous in my professional opinion based on how I see things in the field for the users to be able to view their SIP creds and change their SIP passwords from within UCP.  They can access and change their UCP passwords, but not their SIP, in this work from home era it would have saved me alone countless hours of work over the past month or so for many clients had they already had access to this information.

This should also be admin configured to en/dis-able, as changing SIP passwords may be an issue where auto configuration occurs, but there is a massive market out there that do not use auto conf for one reason or another, in particular, the high uptake of soft phones lie microsip and zoiper
