Auto Update notice is not meaningful

      Description

      if you have auto updates enabled and there are no updates, the messaging is very unclear.

      This, up to date system emailed this message.

      I know that verbiage is from `yum update` meaning that there are no system packages being updated. But most admins would have no idea what that means.

      Also, there is no verbiage from the `updateall` command that there were no modules needing updates.
