When we backup and restore our system, the "Dynamic Agents" for all the Queues are now empty and we have to manually reenter them.
I have tried using the "edge" version of the backup module but it still is not working.

BTW: The FreePBX version is actually 15.0.16.44 but the drop down didn't have that as an option above, so I picked 15.0.16.42.
