How to reduplicate the issue:

Add a cellphone number to any extension in follow me list and enable follow me. Turn off the cellphone and then call the extension but don't pick up. The voicemail greeting will end up on the cellphone side if the cellphone is offline, no matter what setting it is in the follow me, Destination "no answer".
