Bulk handler does not import extensions’ follow-me

      Description

      I realized today that bulk handler do not import the followme-list. Even if I export an extension that have 101 and 110 in followme list and then delete it and import it from the same csv file, followme list has only 101 (extension number) and not 110.

      I checked the csv file and it has 101-110 to followme list. I can also see the correct value in data validation before I press import.
