Temporary inbound route for emergency services

It would be nice to have the ability to track the internal extension that dialed 911 for a period of time (15 minutes or so) and re-reroute the inbound route for that DID temporarily to that extension in the event that it had dialed 911 and 911 emergency services calls that DID back.

This is apparently a feature of the Cisco Emergency Responder service on Cisco Call Manager with CER. We are going to be converting several CCM systems to Asterisk and re-purposing their phones but they will want this feature if possible.
